Booking & Reservations
You can book directly through our website, by calling our reservations team at +1 949-558-4098, or through your preferred travel agent. Online booking is available 24/7 and offers real-time availability.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), bank transfers, and checks. Payment plans are available for bookings made more than 6 months in advance.
Cancellation fees vary depending on how close to departure you cancel. Full refunds are available up to 90 days before departure. Between 89-60 days, a 25% fee applies. Between 59-30 days, 50% fee. Less than 30 days is non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
Onboard Experience
Your fare includes all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), daily shore excursions, onboard entertainment, WiFi, and all port charges. Alcoholic beverages (except at welcome/farewell events), gratuities, and premium excursions are additional.
Our dress code is "casual elegance." During the day, comfortable casual wear is appropriate. For evenings, we recommend resort casual (dress slacks/collared shirts for men, dresses/skirts/nice slacks for women). There is typically one optional formal night per week-long cruise.
Yes, complimentary WiFi is available throughout the ship. Speeds are suitable for email and browsing but may not support streaming due to the nature of river connectivity. Connection may be intermittent in remote areas.
Travel & Logistics
All passengers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond your return date. Visa requirements vary by itinerary and nationality. We provide visa information specific to your cruise during the booking process and can assist with applications.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, evacuation, and baggage. We can provide information about recommended providers when you book.
We provide detailed pre-cruise information including recommended flights and transfer options. Many of our cruises offer optional pre-cruise hotel packages with transfers included. You can also arrange private transfers through our concierge service.
Health & Accessibility
Most of our ships have wheelchair-accessible cabins and public areas, though mobility may be limited during shore excursions. Please contact us before booking to discuss specific needs. We also offer assistance for guests with limited mobility.
Our ships have basic first aid facilities and trained staff, but no doctors onboard. We can assist with contacting local medical services in ports. Guests with specific medical needs should bring adequate supplies and inform us in advance.
While there's no strict age limit, our cruises are designed for adults. Children under 12 are not recommended due to limited facilities. Teens may enjoy certain itineraries - please inquire about family-friendly options.
